I love the idea!
I hope the scroll would be disabled though.
A cool concept I have come up with is not just enabling anti-spam, but also having a dotted line that shows when anti-spam is enabled or disabled (an idea I have never seen is fnf, osu!mania, DDR, etc.).

But anti-spam is always disabled, but my engine triggers everything at the same time, so if two notes are on the place, it will trigger both.
